ON THE WAY TO INNOVATION ECONOMY OF THE REGIONS – DEVELOPMENT , COMPETITION, COOPERATION is the theme of this year’s Forum, to be held on 7 – 8 November in the Andel’s Hotel, Lodz, Ogrodowa street no. 17.

Close, effective, based on mutual benefit cooperation with business helps governments to build their competitiveness, create added value for residents, businessmen and investors.
During the V European Economic Forum we want to answer the most important questions – how to derive benefits and how to use the business experience to build the innovative regional economy?

Traditionally, the trade fairs will be held on the second day of the Forum. The theme of the fair trade “organic farming and agri – food processing” will be the continuation of the theme of conscious choice of products and innovation in the food sector (Room : Damask , 9.30 – 14.30h) .

One of the most important roles of man in the modern world is the role of the consumer. We are all consumers and consumers through their choices have an impact on what is being sold and produced. On the other hand, business ethics not often puts the consumer in the area of its interest.
Due to the rapid development of innovative sectors and modern technology, the mainstream discussion will be directed to the role and influence of consumers on the creation of modern trends in nutrition. Due to lack of knowledge and orientation the consumer is not responsible for the formation of the market. Moreover, how high is the level of consumer awareness regarding the impact they can have through their consumer choices? It should be emphasized that the consumer is aware of the real driving force which can contribute to imposing the activity that is conducive to sustainability on other economic actors.

What dilemmas do producers face?
Is the boss a client?
Is making innovations necessary?
